2008 Semillon Sauvignon Blanc $18.95/bottle -New Release-
A pleasant dry and gradual summer allowed these two varieties to ripen at a gentle pace, developing pristine aromatics and lovely natural acidity. With lychees, grapefruit and sherbet on the nose, the palate contrasts refreshing herbaceous, slate like characters with a persistent lime cordial length.
2007 Semillon Sauvignon Blanc $18.95/bottle
Stella ripening conditions of a dry and mild summer have created a delicate and balanced wine, retaining refreshing natural acidity. Like a garden party fragrant with orange blossom and honeysuckle, the palate is generous with passionfruit curd and lingering limoncello. Some clever batching of yeast ferments adds just enough complexity to this pretty thing.
Ray Jordan's Guide to Western Australian Wine 2008
"Over the last few years these guys have been making some of the best sem sav blanc blends in Margaret River. This is a neat little update. Fresh and precise with lovely light tropical flavours with a gentle infusion of fresh grassiness. Terrific wine." 92/100
