2011 Semillon Sauvignon Blanc $19.95/bottle
The La Nina phenomenon delivered a mild, dry summer finishing with generous warmth for ripening. Estate sauvignon blanc was hand picked in pristine condition then whole bunched pressed. A parcel of both the Estate sauvignon blanc and semillon were barrel fermented in French oak and small stainless steel barrels, creating subtle texture. The nose has lemon sherbet, passionfruit and kaffir lime leaf and the rounded palate expresses lemon curd and pear drops with a persistent finish.

2010 Semillon Sauvignon Blanc $18.95/bottle
Powered by a warm dry summer and mild ripening conditions in autumn, this wine has come up trumps again!
Estate sauvignon blanc was hand picked in pristine condition then whole bunched pressed. A parcel of the Estate Semillon was barrel fermented in French oak to create subtle texture. The nose has lemongrass, passionfruit and spice and the palate a crafted balance and length expressing pink grapefruit and wet slate.

Bookended between a late wet spring and a glorious Indian summer, the 2009 vintage turned out to be wonderfully warm and dry, pristine conditions for these varieties. Medium weight, the wine deplays fruit salad, guava and stone fruits. The palate shows strong varietal flavours with good texture and refreshing acidity.

A pleasant dry and gradual summer allowed these two varieties to ripen at a gentle pace, developing pristine aromatics and lovely natural acidity. With lychees, grapefruit and sherbet on the nose, the palate contrasts refreshing herbaceous, slate like characters with a persistent lime cordial length.

2006 Method Champenoise Blanc De Noir $31.95/bottle -Limited release-

2009 Cabernet Merlot $25.95/bottle
The 2009 vintage unfurled gently with a late wet spring and sailed over the marker into a
majestic Indian summer. A fresh nose of mulberries and vanilla red creaming soda, wrapped in a hint of dusty, wet eucalyptus leaf. The palate shows pomegranate and cranberry with fine, chalky tannins from the Cabernet Sauvignon fruit with some charming mid palate sweetness from the Merlot fruit. Cellar up to ten years.
Lovely wine - all red fruits, spices and oak, with seamless integration of the vibrant varietal fruit with the oak. A classic Cabernet Merlot!

2007 Cabernet Merlot $25.95/bottle -Sold out-
A welcome return to optimum ripening conditions for reds in Margaret River this vintage! Crop yields were low allowing fruit to develop intensely. This wine shows all the classic characters of our southern vineyard site with cigar box and mulberries on the nose, resplendent with fleshy cassis woven into dusty tannins. Matured for 18 months in French oak barriques makes for a classy structure that is surprisingly integrated already. Cellar up to 10 years.
Lifted, leafy, spearmint bouquet with a very attractive oak influence. Has great palate weight, is very complex, has a tight structure and is loaded with truffle and chocolate-like flavours.

2005 Cabernet Merlot $24.95/bottle
A solid vintage marked by its mildness and wet finish - standout conditions for merlot which contributes 35% of this smart blend. A classic cedary nose from 18 months in French oak, this wine is wrapped in blackcurrant laced with aniseed. Fine powdery tannins frame a palate of dense black fruits, tobacco leaf and dark chocolate, delivering a tightly structured yet elegant approach. Cellar up to 10 years.

The Margaret River region experienced an excellent 2004 vintage. This blend comprises of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot and 10% Shiraz. It displays an aromatic sweet curranty nose, with a touch of peanut, mint and a fleshy leathery note. Soft and juicy on the palate, this wine has supple tannins and a long fine finish. 18 months in French oak. Cellar up to 10 years. |

Attentive, traditional techniques saw this Estate fruit hand picked and destemed onto a sorting table, then open fermenter cold soaked. Its all about elegance, structure and perfume over power and extraction. A lovely complex nose full of floral notes and earthy tones. Complexity was gained by extended lees
contact and barrel maturation in one year old Burgundian barrels for nine months adding a layer of texture.
