‘Wild Thing’ Rosé 2016 SOLD OUT!
Wines are made in the vineyard and here Pinot Noir shows its wilder side. Tame it with sustainable farming and placate it in the winery with attention to detail, for a unique and inspired creation. A parcel was selected from the Estate’s distinct micro climate and hand picked, cold soaked for 48 hours on skins, pressed and tank fermented, then left on lees. This attentive handling evokes a vibrant nose of raspberries with a palate of aniseed and oatmeal with a savoury, dry finish. Serve chilled.
“This is another terrific little rose made form pinot noir. It’s dry but with a sweet fruity character in the middle palate. Cherry and gamey characters with a note of raspberry. The palate is crisp and clean with a persistent finish that finishes dry. Ideal current drinking.”
