‘Wild Thing’ Sauvignon Blanc 2016
A select block of Estate sauvignon blanc was hand picked, chilled, then whole bunched pressed. Fermented in new and aged French oak plus stainless steel barrels with natural wild yeast, creating a distinctive texture and individuality. Aromatic lemongrass integrates with lemon curd and a layer of almond, with a persistent length.
