‘Wild Thing’ Sauvignon Blanc 2017 Case
A select block of Estate sauvignon blanc was hand picked, chilled, then whole bunched pressed. Fermented in a combination of stainless steel and seasoned French oak barrels with natural wild yeast, creating a distinctive texture and individuality. Aromatic guava integrates with lemon curd and a layer of almond, with a persistent length.
