Deliveries and Returns Policy

We dispatch orders within 1 – 2 business days through Australia Post. Once dispatched, delivery times are at Australia Post’s discretion and may vary between 3 and 10 business days. Australia post will deliver to your door, or leave a card for collection at your local post office. Australia Post will require a person of 18 years of age or older to be present to sign for the delivery.
Mixed cases may be ordered however order quantities are in multiples of 12 bottles.
Western Australia $15 per case
Australian Capital Territory $30 per case
New South Wales, Victoria and South Australia $25 per case
Northern Territory, Tasmania and Queensland $30 per case
Our Delivery Carriers
Currently Preveli Wines uses Australia Post to deliver to all States and Territories,
Preveli Wines will gladly accept returns where the products you receive are different from those ordered. Products that are returned must be in their original and undamaged condition
Preveli Wines is unable to offer a refund on wine purchases.
If a carton of wine is deemed undeliverable (due to breakage) by the assigned carrier, they will advise Preveli Wines, who will then attempt to contact you to arrange re-delivery as soon as possible.
Every effort is made to frequently ensure our website, pricing and stock levels are current. In the unlikely scenario that circumstances change and we are unable to fill your order, we will offer you an alternative, or issue a full refund.
