"The wines are of impressive quality"

Chardonnay 2012
"A well-constructed wine from the ground up, the grapes picked at optimum ripeness, bequeathing equal amounts of grapefruit and white peach varietal fruit, barrel fermentation utilising largely used French oak; the overall balance is good, as is the length."

Pinot Noir 2012
"Estate-grown, hand-picked, cold-soaked, open-fermented and hand-plunged. The colour is good, and the wine, while not exactly bursting forth in pinot-ish exuberance, does show some varietal character courtesy of red cherry and a hint of strawberry; the mouthfeel and balance are both good.
Has enough to suggest a couple of years in the bottle might give the fruit a chance to further express itself."

Cabernet Merlot 2012
"A good example of cabernet merlot made to throw the emphasis on the fruit flavours achievable at an attractive price, simply because these two varieties are so ideally suited to the maritime climate of Margaret River.
It is medium-bodied, with mainline blackcurrant flavour, complexed by well balanced, ripe tannins and integrated oak. Perfectly drinkable now, but its best years are in front of it."

Cabernet Sauvignon 2012
"An elegant and deliberately understated wine, light to medium-bodied, smooth and supple; it has pure flavours of blackcurrant and redcurrant, the tannins fine and ripe, the oak subtle. Scores points for what it is not, as much as it is.”
